Order Cancellation 

Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email me within 24 hours of placing it at kobes_beautique@hotmail.com.

  • If your order has not yet been packed, I will happily issue a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, I am unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact me immediately at kobes_beautique@hotmail.com.

  • Please note: If your order has already been shipped, I cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Ready-made items.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please provide photographic evidence of both the packaging and the item(s) within 48 hours of receipt. I may request additional information to help determine whether the damage occurred during transit or was a fault on my end.

  • Items damaged during shipping are not automatically my responsibility, and refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually.
  • I take great care when packing orders, using tissue, bubble wrap, and rigid boxes when necessary to ensure your items arrive safely.

Please note: Requests for refunds or replacements for damaged items will not be accepted more than 5 days after delivery.

Order Discrepancies

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any missing items, email me within 48 hours with details of what is missing.

I will review the situation and provide a solution or options. In some cases, a refund or replacement may be offered, but all resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Keepsake Item Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your keepsake item, refunds are only available for damaged products. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or other reasons.

To be eligible for a refund for damaged products:

  • Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item:

  • We will inspect it and notify you upon receipt.
  • After inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, I do not accept returns on items such as earrings, scrunchies, or other personal items.

All sales of these items are final, so please check your order carefully before purchasing.
