Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Tracking
You will receive tracking updates via email once your order is dispatched. Please ensure you provide the correct email address when placing your order to receive these updates.
Order Processing Times
Ready-Made Products
- Normal periods: 2–3 business days
- High volume periods (e.g., new releases, Easter, Christmas, sales): 4–5 business days
Keepsake Blankets & Cushions
- Standard processing time: 4 weeks
- Some orders may require extra time. Any updates will be provided when you place your order or are listed on the product page.
Made-to-Order Products
- Each product has its own processing timeline, detailed on its listing.
- Please read the product listing carefully before ordering.

Local Drop-Off (Narromine Residents Only)
Local drop-off is available for residents within Narromine town limits only. Your order will be delivered to your mailbox or front door, similar to standard Australia Post delivery.
You will receive a text message or email on the day of delivery to let you know your order is arriving.
Please note: I cannot take responsibility for orders that are stolen, damaged, or lost after delivery.
Order Cancellation & Incorrect Address Policy
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email me within 24 hours of placing it at kobes_beautique@hotmail.com.
- If your order has not yet been packed, I will happily issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, I am unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact me immediately at kobes_beautique@hotmail.com.
- Please note: If your order has already been shipped, I cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address.
