Q: What materials are used?
A: Each cushion is handmade using heavyweight cotton calico and filled with soft poly fill. The name is individually sewn onto the cushion in the colour of your choice.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: Approximate size is 30 cm × 55 cm, though length will vary depending on the number of letters in the name.

Q: How is pricing calculated?
A: Pricing starts at $54 for a 3-letter name, with $8 added per extra letter. This covers the extra fabric, filling, and time required to create longer names.

Q: Is there a maximum number of letters?
A: We can make names up to 12 letters. Longer names may be possible upon request, but pricing and size will vary.

Q: How long does it take to make a cushion?
A: Each cushion is handmade with care. Typical turnaround is 4 weeks. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee.

Q: Can I choose the name colour?
A: Absolutely! You can select your preferred colour when ordering.

Q: Are the cushions safe for children?  

A: Our keepsake cushions are designed as decorative or sentimental display pieces only. They are not intended for use as toys, sleep products, or for unsupervised use by infants or children.

Adult supervision is recommended whenever children are handling or using the cushion.

Q; What happens if my clothing gets damaged in shipping?
A: I recommend using tracked Auspost when shipping your clothing items to me. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may happen during shipping.
