How soon can I expect my order to be ready?

I always strive to ensure your order is packed as soon as possible after your order is received. However, as most of my products are handmade and made to order, each product has its own processing time. This time is listed on each product. Most products are 2-5 business days. Custom made and made to order are 5-10 business days. 

What are your business days and hours?

Business days are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Excluding public holidays. No business is done on Saturday and Sunday.

Where to collect from?

Once your order is ready for collection, the address will be sent to you by email or text message. Pick up is located in Narromine NSW.

How long do I have to collect once my order is ready?

7 business days. However, if you are traveling to town at a set time your order can be held till then. I can no longer hold orders more than 14 business days. After this time, I will message you and you can choose to be invoiced for shipping or selected a new collection time. The new date must be within 7 business days. If after this period I still have your order, you will be refunded less 50% of the total order.
