My Keepsake Quilts come in 3 sizes.  
Mini - 60 x 70cm, 20 squares, $160. Requires a minimum of 20 items of clothing. 
Medium - 72 x 95cm, 35 squares, $200. Requires a minimum of 30 items of clothing.
Large - 92 x 115, 54 squares, $290. Requires a minimum of 50 items of clothing.

Squares are cut at 6-inch squares.
This quilt is for clothes that are sized 2 and smaller.

Your keepsake quilt is made with three layers. The top layer features the clothing you provide, the middle layer is a mix of cotton and polypropylene batting, and the bottom layer consists of high-quality cotton fabric for a smooth finish.

Some interfacing may be used if needed. 

How To Order:

1. Select Your Quilt Size.
Begin by choosing the size of the quilt you would like. Please note that quilt sizes are approximate and could vary by 5cm or so

Once you place your order you will receive an email with a form that you will need to print and fill out all the details and return it will your clothing items. 

2. Picking Your Baby Clothes.  
Gather the clothing items you'd like to include in your quilt. The number of items required depends on the quilt you chosen, so please check the quantity needed when placing your order. I like to work with onesies and shirts but please send pants, socks, singlets, bibs, beanies, etc. and I will do my best to incorporate them into the quilt. Some onesies can be cut into two squares to be used as the backing for smaller items of clothing.

If needed I will use some fabric that I have at home that matches your items. 

If you have very special items that you want to make sure I include in the quilt, please pack them in a separate zip lock bag marked special. 

Please wash all clothing items before sending them. I do not wash the clothing, any items that arrive unwashed will not be used in the quilt. If any items aren't incorporated into the quilt, they will be returned to you along with the finished product.

3. Choose Your Backing Fabric Colour.  
 During checkout, simply enter your colour preference in the 'Order Special Instructions' box, which you’ll find while reviewing your cart. If no colour is specified, I will select a colour that I believe best enhances the overall design of the quilt.

Additionally, the fabric used for the quilt has been washed without any detergents and air-dried outside to ensure it's clean and fresh.

4. How to Ship Your Clothing Items to Me.  
After your order is confirmed, within 48 hours you will receive an email containing all the necessary details, including the address to send your clothing items. There will be a form that needs to be printed and sent with your package. This form is essential so I can identify whose quilt I am working on. If you don’t have a printer, you can write the details on a piece of paper instead. 
The cost of shipping your clothing items to me is your responsibility and must be paid when sending your package. I highly recommend using AUS POST, tracked shipping and keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Once your items have been shipped, please let me know by texting the phone number provided on the form, and by contacting me via Facebook or email, kobes_beautique@hotmail.com, so I can confirm your clothes are on the way.

Please note that I am not responsible for any issues that may arise during shipping or transit.

5. Processing Times.  
My approximate time frame for completion is 3-4 business weeks from the moment I receive your clothing.

These processing times can vary, and while I always aim to prioritise orders based on when they are received, this isn’t always possible. To prevent delays for other customers, I’ve decided to start each order in the order it is delivered to me. This helps ensure that no one’s order gets delayed. I will only be working on one blanket at a time, so please allow up to 5 weeks for your quilt to be completed once I have received your clothing. 
Please note that processing times are based on business days, which means weekends and NSW public holidays are not included.

Additionally, the processing time does not account for any shipping time, which will be handled separately.

Local shipping - Narromine 2821 only

Please use the discount codeword - Hometown - at checkout. This will only charge you $7 for shipping. This shipping cost is for your finished quilt back to you. 

Important Update for locals: 
Due to safety concerns, I am no longer offering local drop-off to my house, all clothing items need to be shipped to me. For Narromine locals when you are posting at Australia Post ask for local shipping, this will cost $7. The address to ship the clothing items to, will be on the form you are to print out after your order is made. Please message me on Facebook before ordering if you have any questions.
